What a service... I ordered an RU890 Pronto late on Tuesday night and it arrived on the Thursday!. Not only was it cheaper than anywhere else on the net (that I could find at least), but your site gives complete un-biased information on the complete range. Other sites try and promote the higher end models that have more memory etc, whereas yours promotes what people need - how many people really need 8MB of RAM ? I will certainly be recomending you to my friends. I will hopefully in the not too distant future be hosting my own 'Home Cinema' enthuiasts' web site, and would like to add a link to your site. If you would NOT like me to do this (some people get a bit funny about this sort of thing), please mail me. Salut, je suis enfin l'heureux propriétaire d'une PRONTO, grace a Dieu a qui j'avais envoyé un mail pour qu'il me retrouve le colis perdu de vue par la poste. Je confirme que PTECH est quelqu'un de très sérieux, attentionné, qui a répondu a tous mes nombreux mails et qui a fait son possible afin de retrouver le colis de son coté. | Hi Just wanted to say thanks for the super quick delivery of the Pronto I bought from you last week. We spoke on the phone on Thursday morning, and the remote was delivered on Friday. That's amazingly quick delivery to Thurso, its extremely rare for anything to make it in less than 2 working days.So, thanks again for a great service.
